Idiot STATE-employee boss tells ignorant (in terms of knowledge) Rep that I need to have one department of the FEDERAL government issue me documents that are solely the responsibility of a DIFFERENT FEDERAL dept… documents that I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR. so that I can accomplish what i wanted to do.. all because their idiot Web form people simply neglected to add a boolean condition to a web form.
but try explaining “AND vs OR” to a self important ass whose importance is defined in terms of PAY GRADE.
