Can’t sleep at night??? shut down your electronics 90 minutes before going to bed. the blue light in LED’s keeps your brain form triggering the sleepy time alarm… If you MUST have LED lights in your room… cover them. no more laptop in bed. Now you know.. and knowing is half the battle…
